Walk-Through Consultation
If your needs can be met through consultation alone, a walk-through session will be conducted to review your home room by room. During this two-hour appointment (typically enough time to discuss up to three spaces), we’ll explore design ideas, color palettes, and layout recommendations tailored to your goals. The session may include a color consultation, validation of your current selections, suggestions for incorporating existing pieces, and recommendations to help you confidently complete each space. Pricing includes up to two follow-up calls as needed.
If you decide to move forward with
Design-Only
or
Full-Service Design
after your consultation, we’ll complete a detailed questionnaire to identify your budget and project scope. At that time, all spaces within scope—and any existing items to be integrated—will be measured and photographed for reference.

Design-Only Service
Our Design-Only service is ideal for clients who want a professional design plan but prefer to manage purchasing and implementation on their own timeline. We provide a complete, detailed design package with all the tools and resources needed to bring your vision to life.
1. Intake
We’ll begin with an in-person walk-through (billed separately) to review each space, complete or confirm your consultation questionnaire, discuss goals and budget, and define the project scope. All spaces within scope—and any existing pieces to be incorporated into the design—will be measured and photographed. After the consultation, you’ll receive a Design-Only Contract outlining the Statement of Work, Terms of Agreement, and responsibilities for both parties.
2. Design Development
Once the contract is signed, Emerald Bee Interiors will obtain quotes for furnishings, fixtures, and materials as needed. While we do not source local contractors for Design-Only projects, we can provide recommendations upon request and estimate typical installation costs based on experience and available data.
During this phase, we’ll create any required construction drawings (floor plans, elevations, etc.) and develop concept boards to help you visualize each space. Each board will include color palettes, furniture, textiles, and décor recommendations tailored to your budget and current product availability. You’ll also receive a budgeting and planning spreadsheet with clickable links to every product shown.
3. Delivery
Your complete Project Documents will be delivered digitally as a PDF to the contact email provided. All deliverables will come from
emily@emeraldbeeinteriors.com. Please send feedback or requested changes in writing by replying to the same message. Emerald Bee Interiors will provide up to two (2) rounds of revisions; additional revisions may require another consultation and could incur extra fees.
4. Implementation & Project Close-Out
Once your design plan has been approved, implementation will be led by you. For an additional procurement fee, Emerald Bee Interiors can extend trade discounts (as available) and handle purchasing on your behalf. Clients are responsible for all payments made directly to third-party vendors or contractors.
When your project is complete, we’d love to photograph your finished spaces—or receive your own photos of the transformation! We’re happy to provide tips for capturing your new design beautifully.

Virtual Design
Our Virtual Design service offers the same thoughtful, personalized process as our in-person experience—just adapted for clients outside the Dallas area or those who prefer a remote collaboration. We’ll guide you every step of the way to ensure your design is cohesive, clear, and easy to implement.
1. Intake
We’ll begin by sending you a Design Consultation Questionnaire to complete and return via email to
emily@emeraldbeeinteriors.com. Along with the form, please include photos or a short video of each space within your project scope. After we receive your completed questionnaire, we’ll schedule a virtual meeting to review the space, discuss your goals and budget, and define the project scope.
For Virtual Design projects, clients are responsible for providing accurate measurements of all spaces within the identified scope, as well as any existing furnishings or décor pieces that will remain and be incorporated into the design. We’ll provide guidance for measuring and documenting these details, but Emerald Bee Interiors is not liable for any inaccuracies. Following the consultation, you’ll receive a Virtual Design Contract outlining the project scope, terms, and responsibilities for both parties.
2. Design Development

Full Service Design
Our Full-Service Design option provides a comprehensive, start-to-finish experience. From the initial consultation to the final styling session, we manage every detail to bring your vision to life with clarity, creativity, and care.
1. Intake
We’ll begin with an in-person or virtual walk-through to review each space, discuss goals and budget, and identify what’s working (and what’s not). During this stage, we’ll measure and photograph the spaces within scope and take note of any existing pieces you’d like to incorporate into the design.
2. Design Development
Once the design agreement is signed, Emerald Bee Interiors will obtain quotes for furnishings, finishes, and contractor services. We’ll create detailed floor plans and elevations as needed, along with concept boards to help you visualize each space. These boards include color palettes, furniture, textiles, and décor options that align with your budget and are currently available. You’ll also receive a budgeting spreadsheet with clickable links to each product for easy reference.
3. Delivery
Your complete design package will be delivered digitally as a PDF and reviewed together during a virtual or in-person meeting. You’ll have the opportunity to request up to two rounds of revisions to refine your final plan before moving into implementation.
4. Implementation
Once your design plan is approved, we’ll begin purchasing agreed-upon furnishings and coordinating with contractors as needed. Clients handle payments directly with third-party vendors, while Emerald Bee Interiors oversees orders and scheduling to ensure everything runs smoothly. When installations are complete, we’ll return to place and style your furniture and décor.
5. Project Close-Out
When the project is complete, we’ll schedule a final appointment to photograph your finished spaces and provide a final budget summary. Every detail is wrapped up so you can simply enjoy your newly designed home.

New Construction Consultation
Building a new home or tackling a major renovation can be overwhelming—with countless design decisions to make in a limited timeframe. We’ll meet ahead of your builder’s design appointments to clarify your vision and help you prioritize your budget for maximum impact. Emerald Bee Interiors can also provide in-person support during your selections meetings to guide you through options, ask the right questions, and ensure your choices align with your overall design goals.

Niche Services
Emerald Bee Interiors also offers specialty services such as custom painting (including geometric wall designs and murals) and sewing for bespoke pillows, cushions, and draperies. Pricing is determined based on the scope and details of each project.
